JAL Hometown Support Team Ishikawa Prefecture Representative Tanaka
I was born in Kanagawa Prefecture, but when I visited Ishikawa Prefecture on a trip I was fascinated by the prefecture's townscapes, where nature and history coexist in harmony, and the warmth of its people. I am currently serving as a hometown supporter for Ishikawa Prefecture.
The Charm of Ishikawa Prefecture
I think the charm of Ishikawa Prefecture lies in its townscapes that blend nature and history in harmony, and the warm-hearted local people. In particular, the beautiful townscape of the castle town has earned it the nickname "Little Kyoto," where you can fully experience the charming Japanese atmosphere, which I believe will charm anyone.
There is also a wide variety of fresh seafood and traditional Japanese sweets available, so you'll be spoilt for choice.
The local souvenirs chosen by the Ishikawa Prefecture Hometown Support Team are...
"Nodoguro sushi bar"

Price: 2,480 yen / Seller: Funaraku

"Funraku's Nodoguro Sushi Bar" is a souvenir that allows you to enjoy Ishikawa Prefecture's specialty, Nodoguro. The fatty Nodoguro is seared, concentrating its flavor.
It's a little difficult to take home raw nodoguro, but with this product you can easily enjoy it at home.
Available at Komatsu Airport and Funaraku (Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture)
