Photo 1: [Before security check] A luxurious toast set that makes the most of the quality of the ingredients at "Ristorante Sanbon Coffee Shop"

This authentic restaurant is run by Sanbon Coffee, a long-established roastery founded in Yokohama in 1957. Our recommendation for the morning is the "Ristorante Sanbon Coffee Shop Morning Set" (990 yen, drinks charged separately). The main dish is a dish of crispy and chewy thick-cut toast from the traditional French boulangerie "Maison Kayser" combined with fermented butter from Hokkaido. The side dishes are a salad with handmade carrot rapée and plain yogurt topped with raspberry sauce. The simplicity of the dish allows the carefully selected ingredients and the chef's skill to shine through, making this a premium set.

Terminal 3 is the gateway to international flights and is also home to Edo Koji, a Japanese-themed facility. The fourth and fifth floors are where you'll find restaurants, with three Edo Koji restaurants selected before security and two in the post-security area. In recent years, the area has seen remarkable evolution in line with the increase in inbound tourists, and part of the commercial area will be renovated in the spring of 2023. This article will introduce the new restaurants.

You can choose from over 20 types of homemade ingredients, and the most recommended is the "Egg Yolk Marinated in Soy Sauce" (454 yen). The egg yolk, thoroughly soaked in soy sauce, is mellow yet rich, making it feel like you're eating a premium egg on rice. Another dish you should definitely try is the "Minced Meat" topping, which can be added for an additional 140 yen. Photo: [Before security check] "Tsurutontan" - Enjoy "3-way" Sanuki udon noodles in your favorite way

The Haneda Airport store of this popular brand has branches in major cities both in Japan and overseas. They believe in "freshly made, freshly cut, and freshly boiled" udon, following the traditional Sanuki udon techniques. They also have a wide variety of menu items, but if you're looking for breakfast, we recommend choosing from the following three dishes.

The first dish is "Secret Curry Udon" (1,180 yen). The rich curry broth, which has remained unchanged since the restaurant first opened, matches the udon noodles perfectly, making it a great choice for when you want to get your morning energy up.

The second dish is "Mentaiko Sauce and Egg Udon" (1,680 yen), a popular dish that represents "Tsurutontan" and allows you to enjoy the flavor of mentaiko and the silky touch of the sauce.

The third dish is "Kamatama Udon with Soft-boiled Egg and Soy Sauce" (1,180 yen). The combination of smooth and chewy noodles, rich flavored soy sauce, and soft-boiled eggs is a blissful delicacy.
