JAL Hometown Support Team Mie Prefecture Representative Kaneko
I fly a variety of routes, mainly international routes.
In addition, since 2021, we have been working as a hometown support team for Mie Prefecture, promoting the attractions of the prefecture.
The Charm of Mie Prefecture
Mie Prefecture is a prefecture rich in nature, surrounded by beautiful mountains and the sea.
The prefecture is home to Ise Shrine, which is arguably the most famous shrine in Japan, and is also blessed with many other local specialties, including seafood such as spiny lobster, oysters, and Kuwana clams, as well as Ise tea and Matsusaka beef.

"Hekoki Manju"

Price: 1,400 yen for 5 pieces / Seller: Tamakiya

"Hekoki Manju" is a fluffy bun shaped like the Ninja Fukuwaraimon gate, and resembles a sweet potato. It was given this name because it is baked with dough that contains sweet potato. The catchphrase is "Laugh at the name, be satisfied when you eat it."
My favorite flavor is the white bean paste. The sweetness of the sweet potato is very delicious even just with the batter, so please give it a try.
Available for purchase at Tamakiya Akame Shijuhachitaki store (Nabari City, Mie Prefecture)
