JAL Hometown Support Team Tokyo Representative Nakagawa
Since I was a child, I often visited my grandparents who live in Hachioji, and every year I visit the temple at Mount Takao for the first shrine visit of the year.
My hobbies are watching comedy shows and working out at the gym. I love dogs and have a miniature schnauzer.
The Charm of Tokyo
Tokyo is a city with a mixture of various cultures, including traditional Edo culture and cutting-edge culture, so you can enjoy the different charms of each area within the city.
The spectacular views of the big city from Tokyo Tower and Skytree are impressive, but if you visit the old downtown area, you can feel the nostalgic atmosphere of the Edo period. It is also a popular tourist destination for foreigners, and many tourists visit Tokyo every year to enjoy Japanese food.
The local souvenirs chosen by the Tokyo Hometown Support Team are...
"Amanatto"

Price: 324 yen per 100g / Seller: Kanro Natto Mitsuhashi

This is my favorite sweet amanatto, which I used to eat often at my grandparents' house. With its moist texture and gentle sweetness, you can enjoy the original taste of the beans, and once you start eating it, you won't be able to stop.
I especially love the green beans and white kidney beans. They are perfect souvenirs as they can be enjoyed by people of all ages, from children to the elderly.
Available for purchase at Kanro Natto Mitsuhashi (Hachioji, Tokyo)
