One of the most popular spots is Okinawa. Many people dream of having a photo wedding in a relaxed atmosphere with the clear blue sea and magnificent nature in front of them.
In this article, we interviewed couples who have had their photo weddings with JALPAK. We will introduce Okinawa photo weddings with JAL, including their honest opinions.

With the "JAL Dynamic Package Okinawa Photo Wedding," you can choose your destination from Okinawa's main island, Miyakojima, or Ishigakijima. In addition to beach photography, which is the best part of Okinawa photo weddings, we offer three plans with different locations and number of shots, such as photography in lush nature or gardens.
Popular options include the "drone shot" that dynamically captures the scenery from above, and the romantic "night starry sky shot." You can discuss costumes, hair and makeup, and accessories on-site, so you can depart empty-handed, which is a nice touch.

What are the advantages of JALPAK photo weddings, according to experienced people?
What are the specific points that make JALPAK's Okinawa photo weddings so recommended? We spoke to Mr. and Mrs. K, who actually had their photos taken on this tour.

Mr. and Mrs. K. Their photo wedding was held before the state of emergency was declared.
Mr. and Mrs. K had decided to live overseas for work reasons right after registering their marriage. They were so busy with moving and starting a new life that they didn't have time to hold a wedding ceremony. At the request of their family, they decided to hold a small wedding ceremony with only their relatives when they had time to calm down after returning to Japan.
"However, apart from the wedding ceremony, we wanted to create a tangible memory that we could be satisfied with, so we thought about having a photo wedding," said Mr. and Mrs. K. They decided to have a "pre-wedding" style wedding so that the photos taken could be displayed at the wedding venue.

They had considered having the photos taken locally, but decided on a photo wedding in Okinawa, hoping for a different setting. As the wedding date drew near, they happened to come across the JALPAK website.
"The flight, hotel, and photo shoot plan were all packaged together, so I thought it would be easy to arrange and arrive in time for the wedding, and I would be able to go and take the photos without worry, so I decided to apply."

Another deciding factor was the wide variety of dresses and accessories available.
"At first, I thought that a photo wedding meant that I would have to bring all my wedding items to Okinawa by myself. But with JALPAK's photo wedding, everything I needed for the shoot was available on site. I was attracted to the convenience of only having to bring my travel luggage."

Mr. and Mrs. K were attracted to the "starry sky" of Ishigaki Island and selected it as their destination. The plan they chose was a course that took them to three locations: the beach, nature, and the starry sky. How did the photo shoot go on that day?
"Because we were planning to shoot until the evening, we met at the location a little later, around noon. After arriving, we first chose our outfits and did our hair and makeup, but my husband and I are the type of people who have a hard time deciding on styling...But the local staff were really easy to talk to, and they were just like professionals with great taste! We were able to get careful advice, and we ended up with the style we wanted."
Once you're all dressed up, it's time to start the photo shoot. Our experienced staff, who know the island inside and out, will choose the best photo spot based on the weather and wind direction of the day.
The weather can change depending on the season, and unfortunately the day Mr. and Mrs. K took their photos was cloudy. It also rained at times, so it seemed like it might be difficult to take photos with the starry sky as a backdrop as they had hoped.
The couple was impressed by the staff's efforts to find a spot where they could take pictures of the starry sky. As they drove around, they carefully read the movements of the clouds and tried their best to find an area where the stars could be seen through the gaps. Thanks to their efforts, they finally found a spot halfway along the road.
"The staff member said to me, 'We don't know when the clouds will hide the stars again, so let's take the picture here first!' (laughs) I was so happy when I managed to take the picture."
Here is the photo. It has an extraordinary atmosphere, and the fantasy-like worldview is very beautiful.

This photo became one of their favorites, as it also brings home touching memories of the hard work of the staff.
"It was a rare experience. Looking back on it now, I think it was a good experience."
Before the clouds rolled in again, they headed to the beach and were able to take some shots of the starry sky on the beach.

The moment you feel something is "good" will remain as a lifelong memory.
Mr. and Mrs. K have repeatedly stated that they felt comfortable leaving the photography to us.
"Before I left, I looked at posing websites and studied, and my head was full of thoughts like, 'I have to pose like this,' but when the shoot started, I only felt nervous at the beginning (laughs). The staff instructed me on the poses in a very natural way, so I was able to relax and enjoy the shoot itself."
Although he had prepared images of the images he wanted to capture in advance, he ended up never showing them to the photographer.
"They took photos exactly as we imagined them, so we felt at ease knowing that it would be fine if we left it to them. It could be the weather that day, or a landscape that we happened to see. It was great for us as a couple to be able to have them take photos of the moments that we thought were perfect."

The couple also added, "We were also impressed by the staff's eagerness to respond to our requests."
"I was a little worried about people appearing in the photos, and I discussed this with the staff beforehand, but they said they couldn't guarantee that people wouldn't be caught in them. Still, they tried to find a place with as few people as possible to avoid people being caught in the photos, and even went out to the beach from an entrance that isn't listed in the guidebook... As these were memories that would last a lifetime, they went out of their way to try to get the best possible photos, so I was really grateful.
Also, every time the shooting scene changed, he would always ask, "Is there an image you want to shoot?" and "Are there any props you want to use?" If you have any particular preferences for the content of the shoot, I think it's okay to consult with him."
Whether you have concerns or are particular about your own preferences, the fact that experienced staff are able to take photos that are tailored to each individual's feelings and desires may be the main reason why photo weddings are chosen.

In addition, Mr. and Mrs. K said that the people on the island congratulated them during the shoot, which became a fond memory for them. After the shoot was completed, they went snorkeling and enjoyed Ishigaki beef the next day, and made the most of their time on the southern island before heading home.
"The ocean was beautiful and the coral was huge. Okinawa's nature was truly beautiful."
