14:00 Kobayashi Sake Brewery (Kita no Nishiki Memorial Hall)
Founded in 1878, this is the oldest sake brewery in Hokkaido and is characterized by its brick construction. They use 100% Hokkaido rice and some items can only be purchased at Kita no Nishiki Memorial Hall. Tours of the Taisho and Meiji breweries are also available by reservation, and in the summer, a course that combines the memorial hall and brewery tour is very popular. The brewery's birthplace, the Kobayashi House, is one of the largest old houses in Hokkaido and can also be used as a cafe where you can enjoy amazake and coffee.
