Nice to meet you all. I'm Ai Nishimura, a writer. I'll be taking you on a journey around town using public transport, enjoying the history and culture of the town. This time, I'll start from Komatsu City and Kaga City, known as Minami Kaga in Ishikawa Prefecture, then move on to Fukui Prefecture, heading south to Fukui City, Sabae City, and Echizen City!

Hiraizumi Town in Iwate Prefecture, home to the World Heritage Site Chusonji Temple, will celebrate its 900th anniversary in 2024. The town is located in southern Iwate Prefecture and is thought to have been a large city comparable to Kyoto during the Heian period. Even after the demise of the Oshu Fujiwara clan, who built this large city, various cultures have continued to sprout and develop in neighboring Oshu City and Ichinoseki City up to the present day.
