Kiyotsukyo Gorge Tunnel
It was reopened at the 2018 Echigo-Tsumari Art Triennale, and now offers a variety of new attractions to enjoy beyond just nature.
The highlight of the trip is the Panorama Station at the very end of the tunnel. The walls of the tunnel are made of stainless steel plates, and the water covering the entire floor reflects the grand canyon, making it one of the most impressive spots in the prefecture, giving you the feeling that you have traveled to another world.
