Nada Gogo is Japan's leading sake-producing region that flourished on the coast of Kobe and Nishinomiya cities and has been passed down since the Muromachi and Edo periods. It is a popular spot that sake lovers should visit.

Nadagogo Sake Brewery is a bar where you can taste sake from 26 breweries in the Nadagogo region all in one place. It opened in April 2022 after renovating the sake brewery of Kenbishi Sake Brewery, which has over 500 years of history. The storefront is lined with barrels of sake representing the Nadagogo region, creating a spectacular sight!

The first thing that catches your eye is the world's largest U-shaped counter, measuring approximately 50 meters in length. Flags depicting the eight million myths are hanging from the ceiling.

Drinks and food are ordered using a ticket system. There are two types: "STARTER (15 tickets) 3,000 yen" and "MORE (5 tickets) 1,000 yen." After purchasing your ticket at the entrance, order at the counter in the back.

The refrigerator is lined with sake from the Nadagogo region, with over 40 varieties! You can enjoy it both cold and warm, so feel free to ask the staff for recommendations. You're sure to find a flavor you like.

If you come to Nada Gogo Sake Brewery, you should try the sake and food pairing set "*Nada Gogo Sake Brewery Set (15 tickets)". You can enjoy five types of Nada sake, which have been popular as a drink to accompany meals since the Edo period, paired with seasonal small dishes. *The contents change depending on the season.
The delicious "Kenbishi's Sake Lees-Fragrant Lotus Root Kinpira" is paired with "Kiku Masamune" Honjozo sake, which has a full-bodied flavor and umami unique to the kimoto yeast process, allowing you to enjoy the synergistic effect of flavor x flavor.
The creamy and sweet "Specialty Tofu with Horenso Shiraae" can be enjoyed with the special "Nihonsei" tofu, which has a refined sweetness and umami, or the special "Sawanotsuru" tofu, which has a gentle sweetness, allowing you to enjoy the sweetness of the ingredients even more.
The rich and tasty "Satsuma potato with minced meat and sake lees sauce" is paired with the gently sweet "Shochikubai" from Shirakabegura, which has a clean aftertaste, and the light and dry "Ozeki" from Honjozo. It's a sweet and spicy combination that brings out the sweetness even more.

The a la carte menu is themed around seasonality, locality, compatibility, and fermentation. The popular "Fried Young Chicken (3 tickets)" is marinated slowly in Kenbishi Koji, giving it a moist and soft texture. The soy sauce flavor is thoroughly infused into the dish, creating an addictive taste.
It's a popular spot for adults where you can enjoy delicious sake while learning about history that has been passed down since the Muromachi and Edo periods.
