JALPAK offers a wide variety of travel products, from leisure to business trips, both domestically and internationally. Currently, it is difficult to travel abroad due to entry restrictions, but domestic travel is beginning to return.
"Since the spread of COVID-19, the number of cancellations has continued to exceed the number of new reservations. It was a sad moment, as we had put a lot of thought into creating our travel products, but we feel that customer reservations are returning as requests for self-restraint have been relaxed. Reservations for the summer are also recovering, especially for resorts in Okinawa. However, as the situation continues to change from moment to moment, we will continue to closely monitor developments and respond accordingly."

These are the words of Sachie Watanabe, Domestic Business Division, JALPAK. After a long period of self-restraint, she feels that customers are really keen to travel. However, in order for people to actually enjoy traveling, it is only when safety is ensured.
We provide accommodations that make you feel like "It's okay, it's all arranged by JALPAK"
"When making a reservation, some people may feel anxious about the status of the hotel they are staying at. By obtaining timely information such as the hotel's business status and communicating it to customers, we strive to alleviate any anxiety they may have and enable them to depart for their trip with peace of mind."
Additionally, as hotels that were closed are gradually reopening, industry guidelines are being formulated for welcoming guests.
"JALPAK will continue to request compliance with these guidelines and will introduce travel products to customers that use hotels with a high level of safety."

Thorough safety measures are in place at the tour desk, which has direct contact with customers.
We are taking these measures for travel plans, but of course JALPAK staff are also taking thorough measures to prevent infection when they come into direct contact with customers.

"At the tour desks at the airport, we have installed vinyl curtains and disinfectant, and are constantly ventilating the area. We also regularly disinfect counter spaces, and staff are required to wear masks, take their temperatures, and manage their health. In addition, when it is crowded, we ask customers to cooperate by maintaining social distance when lining up."
In addition, JALPAK is taking measures to prevent infection, such as regularly disinfecting tourist buses operated by the company.

"We operate our own tourist buses in Kyushu and Okinawa, and are taking strict social distancing measures in line with guidelines from the bus industry association. We do not fill all the seats to capacity, and we ask passengers to leave seats at the front vacant to avoid contact with the bus guides. We also ask passengers to wear masks, refrain from talking loudly and eating and drinking as much as possible, and we take passengers' temperatures and disinfect their hands when they board the bus."

A sense of security is also part of your memories. To make your travel memories even more wonderful
The safety measures we have introduced are part of our COVID-19 prevention measures, but we have been paying close attention to safety measures for some time now. JALPAK has a corporate philosophy of "making our customers happy with a 'good trip, a new trip' that offers peace of mind and quality," and this philosophy remains unchanged under any circumstances.

"Travel is an event that always gives customers a sense of excitement and allows them to create wonderful memories. We hope that we can provide a safe environment for this, so that they can resume traveling with peace of mind. I think that they will be able to enjoy Japan's popular tourist spots that are usually crowded with tourists from abroad. I myself love traveling, so I am thinking of visiting some attractive places in Japan that I have not yet visited."
Just like our customers, each and every one of our staff members has a strong passion for travel. Although there is still uncertainty, we would like to take all possible measures and propose safe travel products. A sense of security is also one of the memories of a trip.
