About an hour and a half drive from Memanbetsu Airport, Kamiyubetsu Tulip Park is located in Yubetsu Town, almost in the center of Hokkaido's Okhotsk coast.

This park is about 70,000 square meters and is home to 700,000 tulips of 200 varieties. The fields of red, yellow, and pink tulips stretch as far as the eye can see, and just looking at them will make your heart vibrate.

Another thing worth noting here is the windmill-shaped observation deck in the garden. Not only is it attractive as an observation deck from which you can get a panoramic view of the tulip fields, but the sight of the Dutch-style windmills and tulips lined up against the blue sky is full of exotic atmosphere.
