Made with northern purple sea urchin and abalone from Hachinohe, the dish is carefully steamed in Aomori seawater, sake, and kelp water to bring out the natural umami of the ingredients and give them a subtle salty flavor.

When you pass through the noren curtain, you can hear the laughter and sounds of toasting, and the chef will greet you with a big smile. The interior of the restaurant, decorated in purple, has about 45 seats, including counter seats where you can relax even if you are alone, and table seats.
