"Kobe Beef Ramen Kakehashi" is a ramen restaurant run by a Kobe beef specialty store
If you come to Kobe, you should try Kobe beef at least once. It's nice to try it as a steak, but how about a ramen dish that's a more casual way to enjoy Kobe beef?

Kobe Beef Ramen Kakehashi opened on the basement floor of Center Plaza, where a variety of shops, including food and fashion, stand side by side. It is a ramen shop run by a Kobe beef specialty store.
The interior of the restaurant, decorated in vibrant blue and white to represent Kobe's sea and blue sky, is bright and clean.

The most popular dish is the "Beef Salt Ramen (780 yen)," which is topped with a soft-boiled egg, seaweed, green onion, and Kobe beef char siu.
The beautifully clear soup, made by simmering Kobe beef bones and fat over a long period of time, has the refined flavor of Kobe beef and a light aftertaste.

The dish contains two slices of moderately marbled Kobe beef char siu. The meat is soft and juicy, with the delicious flavor of the meat and sweetness of the fat filling your mouth.

The thin noodles have a firm texture and mix well with the soup, making them a perfect match for the light soup.
We also recommend adding some yuzu pepper to change up the flavor.

The "Explosive Beef Tendon Tsukemen Regular (930 yen)," which allows you to choose the level of spiciness you prefer, is a popular dish even during the hot season.
I chose level 1, which is slightly spicy, but if you like spicy food, I recommend ordering level 3.

The soup is made by slowly simmering Kobe beef tendons with several kinds of vegetables in black bean miso. It's almost like eating a soup, with chunks of meat in it. After you've tasted the sweetness of the vegetables, a refreshing spiciness will pass through your nose.

The noodles are medium-thick and weigh 140g, making it a very filling ramen! The chewy noodles are perfectly entangled in the rich soup, creating an addictive texture.
It's quite spicy, but as time passes, the spiciness changes into a delicious flavor, making for a mysteriously delicious taste. Enjoy every last bit, right down to the lingering spiciness in your mouth.
There are plenty of toppings and side dishes available, such as "Kobe Beef Wontons (5 pieces) (280 yen)" and "Kobe Beef Sushi (2 pieces) (500 yen)," so you can enjoy a variety of Kobe beef dishes in addition to ramen.
This ramen uses Kobe beef without any waste, not only in the pork slices but also in the soup. Why not try this one-of-a-kind flavor that can only be achieved by purchasing an entire Kobe beef cow?

"KOBE Beef YAMAGEN" is a luxurious beef stew with chunks of Kobe beef.
Kobe Kitano Foreigners' House District is a popular tourist spot in Kobe City where you can enjoy a retro atmosphere and exotic streetscape.

At KOBE Beef-YAMAGEN, you can enjoy beef stew made with luxurious Kobe beef while looking out over the streets of Kobe Kitano Ijinkan-gai. It's a popular spot for tourists as you can easily enjoy Kobe beef stew when you're feeling a bit hungry.

The bright red walls of the restaurant give it the feel of a high-class Western restaurant, and the large windows let in plenty of sunlight. Let's order our beef stew right away at the order counter at the entrance.

The food menu only has one item, "Kobe Beef Stew (1,000 yen)". To pair with the beef stew, we also recommend the "Kobe Wine Mini Glass (600 yen)", a white wine made with Riesling and Chardonnay from Kobe. It has a refreshing, fruity, sweet taste and the 120ml size is a nice touch.

This luxurious stew is filled with chunks of Kobe beef, and its mellow aroma and shiny appearance will whet your appetite. In addition to the meat, it also contains plenty of vegetables such as potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, and broccoli.

Kobe beef is so tender that it easily falls apart with a spoon, and has a moist texture. The stew, which is handmade with a recipe that matches Kobe beef, gently envelops the meat, creating a wonderful sense of unity when you eat it. The sourness and sweetness of the stew blend together with the umami of the meat to create an exquisite balance.

It goes perfectly with the accompanying French bread. Dip the stew into the crispy, fragrant French bread and enjoy the whole meal for a whole new taste. You'll be able to enjoy the stew until the very last bite.
This stew has a great balance of umami and sourness and is a delicious treat that you can easily enjoy. It's popular not only for eating in, but also for takeout.
