"Paragliding Experience" - Looking down on nature like a bird (Hokkaido)
A vast expanse of land that stretches on forever... A trip to Hokkaido in the summer is the perfect opportunity to enjoy outdoor activities.

Paralife Hokkaido is an hour's drive from Sapporo Station and a great place to stop by while sightseeing in Sapporo. Both the takeoff and landing areas are privately managed and fully equipped, making it a rare facility in Japan for paragliding.

We offer three types of experience courses for you to enjoy paragliding casually.
For paragliding beginners and those who are not good at heights, the "Paragliding Fuwari Experience" is recommended. With the support of an instructor, you will pilot a single-seater paraglider and float "softly" while running down a gentle slope. It is also easy to get to because it is held during the day instead of early in the morning.

If you want to really fly through the sky, try the tandem flight experience.
This tour is held in the morning and evening when the flight rate is high. Since it is a two-seater paraglider, you can leave the piloting to the instructor. You can experience the feeling of being a bird while looking out over the caldera basin of Akaigawa Village. As a bonus, you will be given the opportunity to have a video of your flight.
Why not experience the great outdoors of Hokkaido with your whole body?

From September to mid-November, there is also a "Sea of Clouds Tour" where you can see the sea of clouds. If you are interested, please check the website.

Enjoy the spectacular view of the Northern Alps from horseback "Horse Trekking" (Nagano Prefecture)
Hakuba Iwatake Mountain Resort, located in Hakuba Village, Nagano Prefecture, is a place where you can enjoy a variety of activities surrounded by beautiful scenery throughout the four seasons.
It is one of the leading mountain resorts in Japan where many tourists visit for scenic spots overlooking the three mountains of Hakuba (Mt. Hakuba, Mt. Shakushi, and Mt. Hakuba Yariga), ski resorts in winter, and outdoor activities during the green season in spring to autumn.

One of the activities we would like to recommend is "horse trekking." The biggest attraction is that you can hike in the mountains in the middle of nature, not on a course. After a 15-minute lecture, you can take the reins yourself and go horse trekking behind the staff leading the way. The view of the Northern Alps from horseback is especially beautiful, as you feel the comfortable rocking of the horse.

Horse trekking in a fantastic location is also great for taking photos. Be sure to take that special shot.

There are plenty of other fun things to do, such as a large swing with a spectacular view that gives you the feeling of jumping into the majestic Alps, a "Mountain Cart" that races through nature, and a "Buggy Cruise" that takes you around breathtaking views.
Why not escape from your everyday routine and rejuvenate yourself in nature?

Cycling on railroad tracks?! "Rail Mountain Bike" (Gifu Prefecture)
Hida Takayama, which retains the atmosphere of a castle town, is one of the most historical and cultural tourist destinations in Japan. In Hida Takayama, there is a unique outdoor activity called "Rail Mountain Bike Gattan Go."

This activity involves riding a mountain bike on the rails of the abandoned Kamioka Railway. It is popular because, even though it is cycling, you can feel the vibration and sound of the rail joints, just like a train.

There are two courses: the "Downtown Course," a leisurely 6km round trip from Okuhida Onsenguchi Station to Kamioka Kozan-mae Station, and the thrilling "Valley Course," which runs along the valley.
The "City Course" offers a wide range of vehicles, allowing you to enjoy the scenery as you ride along at a leisurely pace. It can accommodate up to six people, making it perfect for group trips. The "Valley Course" has large bridges and iron bridges, making it a thrilling ride! If you want to relieve stress, give it a try.

Fly into the sky on a flyboard (Wakayama Prefecture)
As its name suggests, Shirahama, with its endless white sand beaches, is the Kansai region's leading resort area.
It is also famous as one of the three oldest hot spring resorts in Japan, alongside Arima and Dogo, and is bustling with tourists in the summer.
Swimming in the sea is nice, but if you want to enjoy Shirahama's beautiful waters even more, you should definitely try some marine sports.
Located just a short walk from the beach, "THREE EIGHT" offers a variety of marine sports activities, including flyboarding, hoverboats, jet cruising, and wakeboarding.
In particular, the flyboard, where you ride the water pressure that shoots out from under your feet and soar high into the air while standing, is a rare activity that is rare even in the Kinan region. You can experience the sensation of flying as you soar high into the air and make 360-degree turns.

Besides flyboarding, there are plenty of other boat-related activities available, such as jet cruising and banana boating, which are perfect for group trips.
There are also set plans available, so please check the website.

"Screaming Suspension Bridge & Zip Line" (Kochi Prefecture) - Experience fear and exhilaration all at once

NIYOFLY is located in Niyodogawa Town, Kochi Prefecture, a town on the banks of the Niyodo River, known as the "miraculous pure stream," and offers a thrilling suspension bridge and zip line experience.

The thrilling suspension bridge is 100m long and 30m high. You cross the upper reaches of the Niyodo River, above the Iwaya River Valley where the river flows between large, rugged rocks, on the suspension bridge on the way there and on the zip line on the way back. The footholds on the suspension bridge change from logs to timber to ropes every 10m, so you have to be careful until the very end.

Once you've crossed the suspension bridge, it's time for the long-awaited zip line. Enjoy a refreshing zip line ride back to the starting point while taking in the beautiful, untouched valley scenery.

After shouting at the top of your lungs, you can take a break and relax with some tea. One of the reasons for its popularity is that it is run by a tea farmer, so you can take a break with some real tea.

Parasailing: a stroll through the air over the beautiful ocean (Okinawa Prefecture)
It's no exaggeration to say that marine sports in Okinawa are the main purpose of a trip. However, it seems a bit wasteful to spend an entire day on marine sports.
SeaWorld is the only marine shop on Okinawa's main island that offers parasailing at two locations, allowing you to enjoy a quick parasailing experience in between sightseeing.
Tour boats depart from ports about 15 minutes by car from Naha Airport and Churaumi Aquarium. You can easily do activities after arriving in Okinawa or before boarding a plane.

The parasailing rope is 200m long! The view of the Okinawan islands and the sea sparkling in the sunlight from 40-50m above the ground is breathtaking. Enjoy an elegant flight while feeling the refreshing breeze.

During parasailing, you can talk to your friends on the boat using a walkie-talkie. You can share the excitement of the view from above in real time. In addition, 4K cameras and GoPros are available for free rental, so you can take spectacular aerial photos. Why not take a memorable photo above the sparkling sea?
If you have time, try joining a snorkeling tour.
