The sea of clouds at Bihoro Pass fills Lake Kussharo. Illuminated by the moonlight, the sea of clouds gradually reveals itself as the sunrise approaches. This is a work of art created by nature that can only be seen when the weather conditions are just right. It is one of the spectacular views of the Okhotsk Sea that is worth getting up early to see.

10:00 Roadside Station Fairy Tale Hill Memanbetsu
Marchen Hill is one of the Eight Views of the Sky. Seven trees stand on a hill. They change color with the seasons and time, providing a variety of soothing scenery. There is a food court on the roadside station grounds where you can enjoy local gourmet food made with local specialties.

Experience smelt fishing on Lake Abashiri. Ice fishing! Even if it's your first time, your guide will provide you with full support. Even on windy days, you can enjoy the experience comfortably as we will set up a tent for you. At the end, you can make tempura out of the fish you caught.
